The Governor’s Summit on Rural Prosperity, hosted by the Virginia Rural Center, will be held on on October 10-11, 2023. The summit is occurring in Blackstone, Virginia at Fort Barfoot. Our evening reception will be held at the Inn at Blackstone. This multi day event will bring together local, state and private sector representatives from across Virginia to discuss innovative initiatives occurring in rural communities.
